1950's Silver and Ivory Robertsons

Here's more from Eric Ouellette about his 1950's Silver and Ivory (gorgeous) Robertson Pipes:
"Here's a bit about the pipes with a few pictures... a couple more to come. Also included is the matching blowpipe stock although not pictured because of the watertrap stock.
- 1/2 sterling silver and ivory Robertson (hallmarked 1956, Birmingham, thistle engraved), with ivory hemp stops, and big fat ivory projecting mounts.
- I've played them for 5 years, at the worlds 4 times, in the nicol brown and Sherriff Memorial contests (winning the piobaireachd at each on them), the Macgregor (taking third), the Silver Medal and the B light music at Oban.
- I've had many different drone reed configurations all with good success (omega, kinnaird, ezee, and cane). lots of power, but have also done well setting them up for a more mellow indoor solo sound.
- Also included is the matching blowpipe stock although not pictured because of the watertrap stock.
- Also included is my Solo Naill (circa 2001) chanter, with Silver sole that matches the rest of the pipes.
- I will include a Ross Canister System (used; about 5 years old)
- One of the pictures here shows a slight crack in the ivory... it doesn't eminate out from the center, but rather sort of transversely. It's never been a problem in my time owning them and i can't imagine it really ever would be (someone probably knocked it into something, rather than a wood expansion problem).
- i'm asking $6700. I am, however, open to considering reasonable offers."
