What?
Take our one-month Introduction to Bagpipes course at the Piper’s DoJo! By the end of the four-week course, you’ll be able to play some basic tunes, and be able to blow a full set of bagpipes!!!
Why?
See if bagpipes are for you! Don’t spend a cent on bagpiping until you know you like it!
Who?
Your beginner classes are taught by Donald Lindsay and Andrew Douglas – two of America’s most renowned bagpipe teachers and performers.
When?
Classes run every Tuesday from 5pm-6pm, starting the first Tuesday of the month.
Where?
Classes are held at the Celtic Hall: 430 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY (near the intersection of Rt. 155 and Central Ave)
How Much?
There is a $50 deposit to use our practice instruments for the month. The money is fully refundable at the end of the course (Or any time during). Besides that, the course is totally FREE!!!

The DoJo Basics (just in case you were wondering!)
The Piper's DoJo was founded in 2008, aimed at providing an excellent education environment for aspiring bagpipers and drummers. Our Bagpipe Lessons provide a community-oriented atmosphere where students not only learn from some of America's finest Bagpipe Instructors, but from each other as well. In our experience, great music comes from within, and the Piper's DoJo teaching staff and supportive student body help bring out the best in all who are involved. Over time, the DoJo has evolved into a year-round piping school. More recently, we have developed the Piper's DoJo Store that offers high quality bagpipe supplies to its students, and to customers world-wide.
