Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange for up to 21 days after receiving the item.


To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in complete re-sellable condition. (For example, reeds must not be shaved down, bags must not have been tied in, no visible marks or blemishes, etc.)

You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the order that there is a problem. If we're not notified in this 10-day period, a store credit may be available, but full refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds for returned items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Original shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable.

Please contact us BEFORE shipping return items as we may advise of a different return address.

Items mailed WITHOUT contacting us and without receiving a RMA number in advance are subject to a 50% restocking fee and should be shipped using an insured, traceable method to the address below. WE STRONG ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO THIS! PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST!

By agreeing to an EXCHANGE, you are responsible for returning the item(s) which you wish to be exchanged and agree to pay for them if they are not returned to us. We may elect to send out your replacements in advance of receiving the return products. Any products that remain unreturned will be added to the same card you used for purchasing at current market value less 10%. You also agree by accepting an exchange, not to start a chargeback with the card issuing company and you authorize us to deny any chargebacks for any unreturned item(s).
